[1/3/1] Black body spectrum

In order to easily implement so called red-shift/blue-shift effect of light rays, c
We assume that all the objects we treat in our CG program brighten up according to black body spectrum. The color of a black body object can be computed by its temperature (I refer several textbooks on optics and electromagnetics). The temperature of the black body we treat is assumed to be in the range from 1000 deg. K to 10000 deg. K. The color of the black body is almost red at 1000 deg to 2000 deg K, white at 5000 deg K, and blue at more than 8000 deg K.
