[1/5/1/3/2/1] The image distortion of a spiral galaxy (1 of 2)

The rotation speed of the black hole increases gradually.
The view point (camera) is on the equatorial plane of the black hole. When the rotation speed is low, it is hard to find the difference between the lens effects of the Schwarzschild and Kerr black holes.

In the middle of the movie at about 3 seconds from the start, a strange green pattern suddenly appears because the green area shows that the light ray from the area comes from the ring singularity of the rotating black hole (inversely, such a light ray emitted from the camera toward the past time direction reaches to the ring singularity). I choose the green color to show the singularity. Physically speaking we cannot know what we could observe on such a singularity area.
